Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Implementation Manager who will be responsible for organizing and scaling execution for all relevant components of CS spanning from platform and tools products to projects related to process and BPO partners.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, manage and deliver projects in a highly effective and efficient manner
  • Design scalable and flexible processes for the internal and external stakeholders in the Customer Service team
  • Optimize existing processes to solve issues and improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental mission teams and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities

What we look for:


  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional project management within an agile working environment
  • Proven experience with scaling and optimizing processes in a fast growing environment
  • Excellent prioritization skills when balancing internal and external resources
  • Strong team player, fostering collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
  • Result-oriented and customer centric approach
  • Flexible and open to organizational change
  • Pragmatic, positive mindset who takes initiative to make things happen
  • Creative thinker, thinking outside of the box to achieve business goals

Even better if:


  • You have worked in key leadership roles in service operations
  • You have experience working with outsourcing partners
  • You have good knowledge of CS tools and the technology landscape
