Description


We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Team Lead to be part of our Business to Business team, which delivers an outstanding experience to our Business Partners. The mission of the B2B team is to build, maintain and develop excellent relationships with all of our professional partners, facilitating our ability to help our customers love where they are going.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Motivating and inspiring an international team of up to 10-15 people
  • Supporting the team’s growth by recruiting new team members
  • Managing daily operations and workflows while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Ensuring proper process and policy documentation, as well as driving process innovation and optimization
  • Defining and analysing relevant KPIs and reports for the B2B team
  • Analysing feedback from business partners and their main contact reasons, and advocating for them within GetYourGuide
  • Researching solutions for scale and automation, in order to drive growth and improve the business partner experience
  • Shaping the long term vision of B2B support within GetYourGuide Customer Service

What do we look for?


  • You are an experienced Team Leader who has worked within a customer service or sales environment (ideally both) for at least 2 years
  • You motivate and coach your team in a dynamic environment to achieve both productivity goals and quality targets
  • You are a great communicator who uses tailored communication styles to influence different personalities
  • You possess an analytical mind with strong business mindset
  • You are flexible, excited by change, and able to adapt to evolving systems and processes
  • You are creative entrepreneur thinks out of the box and drives innovation
