Talent Acquisition is our top priority! The Recruiting Team is on a mission to seek out and build a talented team by finding new GetYourGuide stars who will contribute to our international growth. While looking for top talents, we have a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth and pleasant recruiting experience for all our candidates. 

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Recruitment team with all recruitment-related activities by:
• Updating our candidates on their application status
• Ensuring our candidates have a positive recruitment experience
• Communicating with candidates via email throughout the interview process in a timely manner
• Screening Applications
• Giving feedback to improve our processes
• Getting involved in various side projects related to the Recruiting/People team’s goals 

The ideal profile is

• A student in a Master or Bachelor Program
• Passionate about Recruiting
• Diligent and reliable with a keen eye for detail
• Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment
• Service-oriented
• An excellence communicator, in speech and writing
• Always willing and open to learn something new
• Fluent in English

The ideal candidate would also:

• Have basic experience in Recruiting gained through internships, previous jobs or University projects
• Have a good understanding of Recruiting gained through personal interest in the topic (readings, podcasts, journals, etc.)
