GetYourGuide is seeking a talented and driven Senior PR and Influencer Activations Manager to join our incredible Brand Organization. In this role, you will support our communications strategy and drive brand awareness and consideration. You'll play a crucial part in generating engaging earned media and influencer content to attract more travelers and promote GetYourGuide as the go-to platform for unforgettable experiences. • Contribute to strategy creation and implementation of consumer PR and influencer marketing to activate the brand, including crafting engaging stories, creating briefs, negotiating contracts, and selecting the most suitable media outlets and influencers
• Be the main representative for influencer and public relations efforts in the US, ensuring alignment with regional trends, preferences, and media landscape
• Leverage PR and influencer marketing tactics to bring across the brand message and support brand campaign execution
• Collaborate closely with the PR and Influencer Activations Lead to define clear objectives for activations, provide budget recommendations, and establish measurable KPIs
• Take ownership of reporting and campaign analysis for ongoing evaluation and optimization of initiatives
• Establish processes for leveraging influencer content on owned and paid social media platforms
• Continuously refine testing methodologies to demonstrate the effectiveness of PR influencer marketing efforts in achieving company goals
• Foster knowledge sharing across the organization, serving as the internal advisor on all brand influencer and public relations topics

• ​​5+ years of experience in consumer PR and influencer marketing, with a background working in-house or agency side, ideally across both. Additional background working in journalism will be highly valued.
• A strong network of press contacts in the US market
• An understanding of how the PR and influencer marketing channel affects and supports other channels in the marketing mix, specifically within brand communications
• Demonstrated success in managing communication campaigns, including creating and executing mega influencer/celebrity partnerships
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and current trends, with a particular emphasis on Instagram (knowledge of TikTok & YouTube is highly desirable)
• Analytical mindset, with a clear understanding of research methodologies and the ability to utilize KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver a cohesive brand strategy
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, results-driven, detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and manage priorities effectively, avoiding delays
• Proven experience working within the US
• Background in the travel or marketplace industry is a plus

The reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $116,000 - $125,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
