OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

• Learn to gathering, reviewing and analyse complex data and convert them into understandable tables and written reports to present results 
• Learn to manage market research methods for collecting and analysing data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls and the related software for statistical and quantitative analysis 
• Monitor, check and analyse digital environment (online sources such as internet forums, blogs, and social networks) in real time, to assess customer behaviours and to timely highlight critical issues. 
• Become confident with buzz monitoring and social analytics tools (such as Facebook Insight, Twitter analytics, etc) in order to create social listening reports and analysis on weekly/monthly basis 
• Become confident with main tools and methodologies to measure effectiveness of marketing & advertising strategies.  

ABOUT YOU

• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other word processing software programs. Excel proficiency would be appreciated 
• Showcase excellent analytical and organizational skills in tasks. The working culture values precision, attention to detail and productivity 
• Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work. Ability to multitask 
• Must have good written and oral communication skills, ability to write well is a plus 
• Must be good/proficient in English language 
• Must be a quick learner, highly flexible person with a good knowledge of digital landscape and a clear understanding of the social media universe (including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter). 
• Have good interpersonal skills. A strong curiosity for marketing and communication, flexibility and willingness to experiment are welcome.
