  • OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE 

  • Mindshare Milano is looking for an experienced Web Analyst for a role of responsibility within the business planning analytics team. 
  • The resource will be responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and producing valuable recommendations based on findings from different web analytics platforms (Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics). 
  • Must possess excellent technical skills in data management both qualitative and quantitative to interpret and generate insights actionable to the client's business. 
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 
  • Develop analyses and reports to support client campaigns/programs 
  • Develop strategic tagging and tracking solutions for site analysis and online advertising campaigns 
  • Explain complex ideas (statistical models and techniques) clearly and concisely to clients and non-technical internal stakeholders 
  • Work closely with technical teams in order to ensure proper tracking of the tag (see above) 
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and design reporting and analysis solutions tailored to their needs 
  • Support the team in charge of the implementation of the dashboard

    ABOUT YOU 

  • At least 3 years’ experience working with standard web analytics tools including Google Analytics (preferred) or Adobe Analytics /Omniture and implementation of standard tagging and custom variables 
  • Good knowledge of Google products, specifically: GTM, Adwords, DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager), Google Search Console 
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM practices 
  • Fluent English (in speaking and writing) 
  • Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team 
  • Ability to manage priorities (will be required to follow multiple projects simultaneously) and to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment 
  • General understanding of digital marketing landscape 
  • Ability to proactively overcome obstacles with minimal supervision
