• Friendly communication with our international customers in France or Belgium
• Processing of customer requests in online-shopping via telephone and e-mail regarding home24´s furniture world
• Support and consultation of our customers with respect to their individual customer requirements (e.g. Assortment, Order Process, Payment, Shipping, Returns)
• Finding a sustainable solution for our customers to make them happy
• Quality and solution-oriented cooperation with our home24 Team

Your Profile

• First experience in the service-sector with customer contact is an advantage, but newcomers (m/f) are also welcome
• Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
• Affinity with our online and product world
• Responsible working style with a strong service mentality
• Strong in communication and balanced personality with a lot of empathy
• Fluent in French and English
