  • Friendly advising of our Dutch speaking customers for www.home24.nl and www.home24.be
  • Administrative backoffice-tasks concerning our customers’ orders, social media sites and internal translations
  • Processing of customer requests via phone and e-mail regarding our products, assortment, the orderprocess etc.
  • Finding a sustainable solution for our customers to make them happy
  • Quality and solution oriented cooperation with our home24 Teams
Your profile
  • First experience in the service-sector with customer contact is an advantage
  • Newcomers (m/f) are also welcome – please convince us why you are a great asset for our team and our customers!
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
  • Affinity with our online and product world
  • Responsible working style with strong service mentality
  • Strong in communication and balanced personality with a lot of empathy
  • Routine application of PC and telephone
  • You speak Dutch fluently and have good knowledge of either German or English
