For this challenge we are currently offering a position as:

People Development Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• You independently manage a 360° training and people development concept.
• You develop in-house trainings based on the current people development strategy.
• You manage external trainers to provide the best available trainings to your colleagues.
• You support organizational change by coordinating projects on company culture and people development.
• You continuously review and further develop our training and people development concepts in cooperation with HR leads and HR business partners.
• You manage and analyze our regular company-wide appraisals and employee surveys.
• You represent home24 at relevant external HR events.

Your Profile

• You are experienced in the field of trainings, learning and development.
• You have an active network of trainers and you are up to date on current people topics.
• You have a degree in psychology, economics, management or any other related field.
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
• You are organizational talent and can work independently.
• Fluent communication skills, both in German and English.
