Our Account Managers partner with a large volume of industry professionals to help grow their businesses through our annual local advertising program (Pro+). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage a large portfolio of Pro+ clients and optimise their profile and program with creative improvements.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with every account assigned to you.
  • Renew annual contractsUp-sell clients on additional packages.
  • Meet minimum renewal and up-sell objectives.
  • Meet minimum quantitative and qualitative account improvement objectives.
  • Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture.
  • Opportunity to attend and participate in industry trade shows for top performers.
  • Consistently exceed client retention and revenue targets
  • At a minimum, we'd like you to have:
  • At least 1-2 years of prior B2B inside sales and/or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a New Business and/or Relationship Management role, comfortable working with client retention targets.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience in issue resolution.
  • Understanding of or experience in selling solutions(i.e. advertising, financial services, business services...)
  • Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Tenacity to exceed monthly targets.
  • Strong organisational skills through managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Team player attitude with coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with verifiable examples of sales achievements.
  • Articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication skills to ask the right questions and uncover needs.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Openness to feedback as our culture is surrounded by peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
  • Stress and motivation management with self-starter attitude.
  • Can-do attitude with a bias for action
