Our Billing Operations Team Makes Things Happen

As a Billing Operations Intern you will work closely with Billing & Finance team on a wide variety of tasks. This individual will have the opportunity to learn & develop skills in relation to CRM, Billing Systems & Spreadsheet analysis.

What You’ll Do

Complete data processes in relation to Billing Operations

Maintain chargeback process which includes logging, responding & working with Billing team to perform analysis

Organize & manage calendar events

Administrative assistance, data entry, ad-hoc analysis

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

Enrollment in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate within the last 6 months

Availability to commit between 20-25 hours per week at the Irvine office

Familiarity with excel and/or google sheets

Majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
