Our Client Success Managers Make Things Happen
Houzz is looking for talented Client Success Managers (CSMs) to join our team. As a CSM, you will manage Houzz Professionals from across the U.S and Canada.  Each is part of an annual advertising program. Your job is to maintain an ongoing relationship, optimize their profile and program with creative improvements, up-sell additional Pro+ packages, and manage their renewal or auto renewal for another year. You need to be comfortable promoting and defending the benefits of a creative and directional advertising program.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage Houzz clients
  • Maintain contact with every account assigned to you
  • Renew or auto renew annual contracts
  • Up-sell clients on additional packages
  • Meet minimum renewal and up-sell objectives
  • Meet minimum quantitative and qualitative account improvement objectives
  • Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities as required
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of inside sales experience 
  • Outbound cold-calling experience
  • Focus on selling intangibles is preferred (i.e. advertising, financial services, business services..)
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Tech-savviness - able to cogently conduct presentations virtually using assorted platforms and troubleshoot when complications arise
  • Tenacity to exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team oriented mindset
  • High achievement in previous role
  • Excellent references from managers to whom you have reported to
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and task oriented
