Join Houzz and help revolutionise the home decor industry by providing an integrated shopping experience where customers can find inspiration for their homes and buy products all in one place.

Houzz is looking for a talented individual to join our E-commerce team. This individual will be analytical, detail-oriented and have exceptional problem solving skills. He/she will have a background that includes a mixture of data analysis, planing and data reporting.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Work with the Operations and Marketing teams to track and help improve relevant key performance indicators.

Work with our US data team in order to align reporting internationally.

Analyze funnel performance across different digital channels.

Build reports to monitor and keep track of the key metrics for each channel.

Monitor under performing marketing initiatives, recommend modifications, and take action to improve.

Identify high potential areas for e-commerce growth.

Working directly with the E-commerce Management Team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3-4 years of working experience in an analytical/planning role; experience in a consulting and or banking role is highly desired

E-commerce experience is a plus

Knowledge of SQL / Tableau, Excel and Google Sheets is a big plus.

Very strong analytical and numerical skills

Highly organised and structured

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in fast paced sales and client services environment

Exceptional collaboration skills – you enjoy working in a team setting

Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to plan and prioritise

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages an added bonus!
