Our Community Support Representatives Make Things Happen
We are looking for someone with great customer service ability, who is excited to help people and solve problems to join our community support team. This person is positive, personable, passionate, and good at multitasking. As a contributor on the community support team, you are a confident decision-maker, strong verbal and written communicator, and are a proactive problem-solver, able to work cross-departmentally with ease. This position is located at our Irvine office.
What You’ll Do
  • Work as a member of our Community Support team to provide excellent support both internally and externally
  • Handle a high volume of support cases accurately and efficiently, including content review, profile and technical issues
  • Maintain high quality customer experience through support channels
  • Educate users on site benefits and opportunities to improve their experience
  • Work with other departments on special projects relating to the Houzz community

  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Familiarity with the Houzz site and app
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with a ticket-based support platform
  • Experience with Salesforce
