About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, creative and energetic Office Coordinator to support our growing team’s needs. Ideally, you have a strong grasp of computer software and technology, while also enjoy interfacing with employees and vendors. This role is a temp to hire position with possibilities for growth. 
What You'll Do
  • Oversee reception- Greet visitors and be the first point of contact for Houzz employees, guests, candidates and vendors
  • Respond to employee requests, handle incoming phone calls, receive and sort mail, and manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
  • Manage and order food deliveries, drop offs, and set-up for in office lunch meetings
  • Coordinate feeding 300+ hungry Houzzers daily/weekly breakfast, lunch, and dinners while ensuring a fully stocked pantry
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new employees including workstation setup and welcome swag bag
  • Maintain and update office documents as need and ensure items are securely kept, current, and accurate
  • Ensure office efficiency by anticipating and providing needed supplies, and identifying other necessary duties for productive operation
  • Handle equipment procurement and inventory 
  • Assist with all in office events including decor, food, and vendor support monthly
  • Support all general administrative duties and office functions to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  • At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment
  • Desire to contribute to Houzz’s reputation, growth, culture, and success
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Experience providing administrative or front desk support in a startup environment
