We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our awesome team in the TLV office (located in Azrieli). The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter with strong organizational skills, but also one that enjoys interacting with people and provide support and services to both employees and management.  
As an Office Manager, your everyday goal is to take care of the well-being of our team by monitoring the office space and maintaining equipment, office consumables, service delivery and suppliers, organize welfare activities and more. You must have the ability to recognize all facilities-related issues, work in a professional manner, and multi-task between a blend of operations while maintaining a cheerful and fun attitude.
**Note - this is a temporary position for 8 months (ML replacement)
Responsibilities
  • Be a point of contact for Houzz employees & guests in any administrative matter
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by supporting all office functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Be in charge of office and facilities maintenance (building maintenance, cleaning etc…)
  • Ensure office efficiency by anticipating and providing needed supplies, and identifying other necessary duties for productive operation
  • Organize different welfare activities: happy hours, birthdays, Holidays, work anniversaries and other special events
  • Provide operative support to variety of events (offsites, meetups etc...)
  • Manage and Oversee shipments, orders, inventories and deliveries
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and general administrative duties
  • Collaborate with our global office teams, and work together on different initiatives
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager in a startup or high tech environment
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid, fast paced startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a people person with a cheerful and fun attitude
  • Professional, customer centric, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes, work independently and interact with many internal and external interfaces
  • Fluent in English (oral, verbal)
  • Full proficiency in MS office suite and Google applications
  • Experience in global organization-  big advantage
  • BA degree- an advantage
