Our People Services Team Makes Things Happen
We connect business needs with employee needs! The People Services Coordinator is a key member of our People Services Team. They will provide day-to-day system and People Services team member support. As a People Services Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the HR system, field employee related phone calls and e-mails within the People Services Department and maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database information and personnel data. This will include auditing data, creating reports and administering the employee life-cycle business processes in our systems.
What You’ll Do
  • You’re always curious to respond to internal and external human resources-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance or redirect to the appropriate person of the team
  • Administer the day-to-day processes of the employee lifecycle within the HRIS
  • Maintain HRIS, Payroll, Benefit, Time & Attendance systems, processes and standards
  • Maintain and audit records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and digital form to ensure all employment requirements are met and maintained accurately
  • You courageously recommend to the People Services team ways in which to improve processes, procedures and training
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning personnel actions, legal actions and other organizational information
  • Coordinate and administer new employee onboarding, training, benefit enrollment and I-9 processes
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, People Services events and maintain the People Services team agenda
  • Assist in ad-hoc People Services and support other functions as assigned
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • At least two years’ experience working in an administrative support capacity in Human Resources or related field
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • The highest level personal and professional integrity
  • Deliberate with high attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform in a fast pace, startup work environment by managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines as assigned
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-site team environment
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Basic knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Experience working with Google Suite and MacOS
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is preferred
