Our Project Managers Make Things Happen
Our global Sales and Marketing Operations team is powered by an amazing group of talented individuals who are committed to driving the growth and expansion of our sales organization. We are looking for a Project Manager to execute and deliver on a wide variety of initiatives intended to optimize processes to support our growing sales organization. As the Project Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, learning and development, product, community support, legal, finance, and systems at various levels of the organization to ensure that projects are prioritized and completed according to business goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who is self-directed, independent, and has experience owning projects from planning to execution.  This position reports into our Director of Sales & Marketing Operations in Irvine, CA.
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements in alignment with the project sponsor’s primary objectives
  • Manage project scope and requirements, including resource management, deliverables, timelines, and budget (if applicable)
  • Create and maintain an integrated project plan, including task inter/dependencies, tactical strategy, and critical path
  • Lead working groups and coordinate cross-functional team meetings to drive tasks forward through completion
  • Identify areas of process improvement and or / efficiency planning to increase overall productivity, including but not limited to real-time analytics, reporting, and sales workflow
  • Translate project and system requirements into intelligent work instructions
  • Create training and presentation materials for audiences of all levels (executive management, leadership, and reps)
  • Support the development of sales flow scripts, email templates, and customer-facing marketing collateral
    • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or Marketing, and / or PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification
  • 3+ years experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated management of detailed fiscal budgets, KPIs, and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of technical material
  • Superior writing, editing and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High-level organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Experience with Agile principles and practices, including SCRUM and Kanban
  • Ability to design work breakdown structures, project charters, and project management plans
  • Familiarity with MS Project or similar solutions to develop Gantt charts for timeline and resource management
