About the Role

The primary function of the Recruiter is to source sales, client service, and ad-hoc candidates for our offices across the country. The Recruiter will be responsible for creating a pipeline of candidates via job boards and active sourcing of passive candidates. They will pre-screen the candidates qualifications before presenting them to the hiring manager. What You’ll Do
  • Source and build a pipeline of candidates to support the Industry Solutions team
  • Create a pipeline of candidates via variable recruitment tools and practices
  • Qualify and pre screen candidates prior to presenting to hiring managers
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting while creating a pipeline of candidates via job boards and passive sourcing
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities when needed
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • 1+ years of prior recruiting experience
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Verifiable track record of having successfully recruited quality candidates
  • Knowledge of all job sites, inner workings of them, and effective tools used by recruiters
  • Comfortable on the phone and assessing candidates via phone screens
  • Tenacity to employ various methods to get in touch with potential candidates
  • Impeccable organizational skills, particularly at documenting and reporting the applicant & sourcing flow
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple channels of the business
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Experience recruiting for sales professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy sales & service environment
  • Behavioral interviewing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
