Our Recruiting Team Makes Things Happen
As Recruiting Intern, you will contribute to the growth and success of Houzz’s Industry Solutions channel, while gaining exposure to all aspects of recruiting and recruiting operations. This internship will be a fast-paced opportunity where no day will be the same. You may be assisting with scheduling on one day, collecting data to analyze industry trends, planning internal and external events, and jumping in to help with ad-hoc responsibilities in between! The ideal candidate should display a high level of interest in recruiting and developing a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day recruiting workflow and interviews
  • Contribute to the organization of Houzz job boards, postings, and advertisement campaigns
  • Develop and analyze job descriptions - providing feedback and edits as necessary
  • Analyze and compile data pertaining to hiring efforts, internal mobility, and university affairs
  • Organize data gathered from Applicant Tracking System Assist in internal/external recruiting events
  • Take on Ad Hoc project and programs to support the overall business objectives
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate within the last 6 months
  • Availability to commit between 20-25 hours per week at the Irvine office
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for recruitment
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Previous experience in an administrative/support role
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs
