About the Role

As a Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Client Success Manager and Account Executive teams and assist them with a wide range of projects including onboarding support for local advertising programs and ongoing profile support. We’re looking for people who love to help others, who are self-starters that roll up their sleeves and are extremely detail-oriented and tech savvy.

What You’ll Do

Make updates and improvements to Pro+ profiles to help professionals experience a return on their investment. Improvements include but are not limited to uploading photos, keyworking, faceting, merging and organizing photos, optimizing visual layouts of profiles, and making ad copy improvements.

Turn up new Pro+ programs and build out packages with photos, services, and ad-copy.

Track analytic performance of profile improvements and communicate trends to CSM team members.

Build and publish websites via Site Designer tool for accounts sold with Power Package.

Answer support-related questions from Account Executive and Client Success Manager team members.

Meet minimum performance expectations for turn ups, turn downs, profile help requests, review requests, and other sales support related inquiries.

Take on additional special projects to support sales initiatives as needed.

Provide superior service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture.
