Our Talent Development Coordinator Makes Things Happen
We connect business needs with employee needs! The Talent Development Coordinator is a key member of the People Services Team that will provide day-to-day team member support. As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the learning management system, field employee related questions, and maintain Talent Development related logistics.
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will be our scheduling, logistics, and data tracking guru. You will work closely with appropriate business partners to ensure our objectives can be scheduled and completed on time. We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, strong attention to detail, outgoing personality and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Tracking promotions and new hires to ensure development needs are met
  • Schedule and maintain training calendar
  • Manage Talent Development email inbox and communications 
  • Maintain LMS and Google Calendar
  • Ensure participants have necessary tools/resources
  • Meet regularly with appropriate business partners to assess needs and objectives
  • Monitor and manage all trainee communication
  • Develop, administer, and analyze employee feedback surveys
  • Travel to other locations if necessary (Not often)
  • Manage learning logistics from start to finish 
  • Take on ad hoc Talent Development projects to support the overall business objectives
  • Occasional training facilitation
  • At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have/Be
  • The highest level of personal and professional integrity
  • A deliberately high level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a multi-site team environment
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite
  • The ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • The ability to work with a team and ask for help/direction when you need it
  • Open to coaching and feedback 
  • The ability to navigate multiple systems at a time while keeping track of all necessary data
  • Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • At least two years’ experience working in an administrative support capacity in Human Resources, Training, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday Learning 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
