We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual to join us in the Berlin office as a Talent Sourcer.This role will be ideal for someone who is starting their career in recruitment and looking to progress fast.Your goal will be to actively source passive candidates on the French market and also the UK market. A good understand of the French market will be needed. You will support the current recruiter based in London by submitted qualified candidates for our sales division in Berlin and in London.For the successful Talent Sourcer, this role will offer long term career progression to a Recruiter position supporting the Berlin office in a full recruiting cycle role.About HouzzHouzz is the leading home renovation and design platform in the world. Responsibilities
Source mainly Sales candidates for the French and UK teams
Applying a sales mindset to hitting hiring targets
Creating a pipeline of candidates via job boards, university & recruitment events and passive sourcing techniques
Qualify candidates prior to presenting to the recruiter.
Design and implement best practice sourcing techniques, assessing response rates and results and iterating on approaches, techniques and media to drive effectiveness
Perform analysis and tracking of our job boards to asses ROI and suggest changes in order to enhance pipeline of qualified candidates
Support various projects related to building the Houzz employment brand including internal and external events, job fairs, and various other projects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French and English.
Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive sourcing techniques is a plus
Adept at using other passive sourcing tools, email, and social media to reach out to candidates
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, start-up environment
Knows how to see through a resume and quickly assess an applicant
Accustomed to spending most of your day on the phone, making hundreds of calls each week, and conducting phone screens
Excellent listener; ability to ask thoughtful questions to probe a candidate's skills and abilities
