About the Role
Houzz launched the Houzz Trade Program to provide industry professionals with multiple ways to profit from purchasing and recommending products in the Houzz Marketplace. The Houzz Marketplace offers everything from items for major remodeling projects and custom home builds, such as bathtubs and fixtures, furniture and decor products. 
Houzz is seeking a Trade Account Coordinator to support the ongoing growth of the Houzz Trade Program. This role will involve supporting professional and business accounts with applications into the program, providing fast and professional responses to questions from our Trade community, educating Trade pros on the exclusive benefits of the program as well as internally supporting the Trade Account Management Teams.  Your goal will be to provide the best experience possible for professionals and business accounts using our Trade Program.
What You'll Do
  • Provide support for professional and business accounts who have questions about the Trade Program and the Houzz platform
  • Answer inbound calls and support inquiries
  • Actively contact homeowners and professionals to enroll in Trade
  • Assist Trade and business accounts with creating and building their professional profiles
  • Educate professionals and business accounts on how to shop on Houzz and how to use the exclusive “Trade only” aspects of the site
  • Enroll professionals to the Trade Program from inbound campaigns
  • Review and verify Trade applications
  • Drive qualified Trade AM referrals for sale
  • At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have
  • Previous experience interacting with customers and clients, preferably in B2B setting
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills – especially written communication via email
  • A tech-savvy mindset, a love for helping others and a passion for providing the best service
  • A goal and team-oriented mindset; we all chip in and support each other to hit our team targets and company goals
