Description

We're looking for someone to join our Vendor Compliance team. This individual is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has exceptional problem solving skills. He/she will assist with vendor returns, vendor charges and effectively communicate vendor compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and thrive on finding solutions to daily challenges. This position be based in our Orange County office and will be a part of the Vendor Support Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop, implement, and analyze reports in order to address and improve processes related to returns, late orders and cancellations due to out of stock

Collaborate with other divisions of the company (logistics, sales planning, and the buying team) in order to streamline processes and/or develop new processes for better business practices

Actively engage vendors to understand the compliance process and improve vendor behavior on the site

Assist with general administrative duties ensuring process adherence

Provide superior team support, contribute to a positive work environment and embody the Houzz culture.

Requirements:

Position requires a team player, positive proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Strong dispute resolution skills (you’re not afraid to tell someone ‘No’)

Excellent follow up, highly organized and strong attention to detail

Strong Excel skills - comfortable with VLOOKUP functions

A love for working with numbers and digging into problems

One year of analytical work experience preferred
