However, we’re still near the start of our journey – our aim is to finance a million small businesses within a decade and so we need more smart, hands-on people to help us reach this goal.

Requirements

You will bring more small business customers to iwoca through Paid Search:

• Set ambitious targets for Google and Bing Paid Search activity
• Manage and optimise Paid Search targeting, bidding and creative
• Analyse performance across the funnel (from impressions to life-time value) to understand drivers and find optimisation opportunities
• Stay ahead of the curve on media innovation, finding the most relevant alphas and betas and constantly testing new approaches

We look for people that are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven track record of managing and growing Paid Search campaigns. Experience in B2B / offline conversions a big plus
• Top notch analytical skills - you can get insights from complex datasets
• Deep technical expertise in Google Ads and Bing, ideally with some experience in setting up and troubleshooting digital tracking like Google Tag Manager.
• Excited about tech media innovation and automation, able to write scripts
• Driven, hard-working and uncompromising in delivering high quality in tight timelines
• Excited about helping small businesses thrive
