From April 2014, Jobrapido is part of the Symphony Technology Group (STG). 


We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly talented Advertising Operation Specialist to join our Digital Advertising team, having as primary goal to manage Jobrapido’s direct advertising campaigns and optimise revenues through yield optimisation across 58 countries.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Set up, schedule and maintain ad delivery for direct clients’ campaigns on Jobrapido, providing clients with exceptional customer service and operational excellence while troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, ad quality and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Yield Management and Optimization of Advertising Inventory (both Text and Display) through external SSPs and Ad Technologies ensuring the correct set up of line items, header bidder implementation, pricing rules and programmatic deals.
  • Responsible for campaigns’ and revenues’ reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Primary point of contact for Product & Tech department to improve Digital Advertising ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience


  • At least 2 years of work experience in digital advertising and/or marketing ecosystem
  • Experience with Ad Servers (preferably Google Ad Manager)
  • Experience in digital buying/selling using DSPs/SSPs
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Experience with DMP
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to develop a working relationship and effectively communicate with internal and external teams, driven by a spirit of collaboration and sharing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with proven track-record of executing and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL would be considered a plus
  • Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken is required
