The Customer Service Representative takes an active part in our Customer Success team, he/she is responsible for providing service support, solutions and relevant details to customers (job boards or employers). Initiates and/or implements corrective actions as needed in order to maintain an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction. The key to success for this individual will be a profound ability to understand clients’ needs and to translate them into an attractive solution, showcasing Jobrapido’s products and technology. The reference markets for the role will be the UK.

Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Support customers providing information about company services, managing clients’ needs and providing appropriate corrective actions if necessary

• Produce and distribute reporting on the results delivered to our clients

• Conduct recurrent customer surveys in order to assess the level of satisfaction

• Gather and formalize advertising campaigns’ goals and clients’ objectives and properly transfer them to the specialists that will execute the campaign. This task is client facing and demand for business acumen and commercial skills

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the clients in negotiating and agreeing on campaigning solutions and deliverables

• Pro-actively seek to advance the Company as a whole and be a positive ambassador of Jobrapido to promote credibility for both company and the individual

Required Skills and Experience

We require relevant working experience in pre-sales or customer service roles within the digital media sector.

Full Proficiency in English is essential to perform the role.

Being English mother tongue and having lived in the UK for a long period is a strong plus.

Customer oriented - you proactively address customers’ concerns and needs and strive to provide consistent excellent experience.

Problem solving - capability to analyse the situation / information and find the right solution.

Project Management experience - project management experience in a client facing position with a player of the online economy is fundamental to perform the role.

Communication – Ability to modulate communication style according to the audience.

Goal oriented - You are strongly goal and action oriented, have a proactive and hands on approach.

Team player - That participates in both work and social team development activities.

Flexible - You have the entrepreneurial ability to operate and excel in an evolving and rapidly growing environment.

Quality oriented: You have a passion to deliver excellence and superior customer experience.

You also have a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of German is a plus.
