Description
Description- Perform daily Collection activity on following, but nor resume to:
- Contacting the customers;
- Working with collection tools and software;
- Respecting the procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Schedule adherence;
- Keep accurate & detailed records of calls made, money collected on daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Signal any deviation from procedures, processes, and flows to Team Leader Amicable Collection;
- Other tasks requested by the line manager;
- Skip tracing, dispute handling and fraud management;
- Understand and manage performance level in sync with the assigned target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Publishing the daily performance report/MIS to Reporting Manager/ TL.
- Language knowledge: Fluent English;
- 2-4 years experience in Collections;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Priorities assessments skills;
- Previous experience in skip tracing, SME (Subject Matter Expert) & Fraud Management;
- Computer literate and sound knowledge of MS Office package;
- Ability to handle pressure, volume and tough customers;
- Quick learner with a fast implementation of things;
- Dispute identification and problem-solving skills;
- Patience, determination and professional courtesy.
