Content Manager (m/f) | Moscow



Our marketing team is customer centrist and the main purpose of this role is to work together with the team in improving the customer’s journey and make it even smoother.

A day in this job

  • Responsible for creation and execution of the content plan;
  • Analysis of the content and strategies of the competitors;
  • Preparation of texts for regular direct-communications - email, IVR and SMS;
  • Writing texts, translations and/or order from copywriters to fill the blog / social networks;
  • Constant analysis of the results;
  • You will be part of the Marketing team composed of 4 professionals in our Russian office and many more in other locations. You will have a great opportunity to get new experiences and share yours;
  • We set up high growth targets in the marketing team and we pay special attention to the growth in customer retention;
  • We are a data-driven organization that believes data should be at the heart of strategic decision making.

Desired skills & experience

  • Higher education or incomplete higher education;
  • Literate in written and oral speech;
  • Experience as a copywriter or editor it’s a plus;
  • The ability to express thoughts in texts in an interesting, clear and accessible way;
  • Good command in English (at least intermediate level).

Would be great if you have:

  • Experience writing/editing texts (copywriting/rewriting) on financial topics;
  • Experience in banks, financial or insurance companies;
  • Knowledge of SEO and HTML.
