Your Role

• Scrutinize documents to avoid frauds and skips by minimizing the losses & implementing recovery strategies in case of payment defaults;
• Assist to framing guidelines for fraud control and checking segmentation of cases & briefing risk about dangerous segment of sourcing;
• Implementation of Fraud Risk Tools;
• MIS preparation for daily / weekly / monthly for frauds suspected & confirmed and etc;
• Minimizing fraud losses by efficient use of sampling triggers and implementing fraud prevention procedures;
• Fraud Control Unit training given to business and other stakeholders team members;
• Negative or blacklist data received from regions or from market in instinct negative database for preventing any fraudulent elements entering into systems;
• Sampling percentage & hit rate percentage shared with the team;
• Analyzing fraud trends & recommending process changes;
• Conducting RCU system training to concern team(s). 

Your Strengths

• You have 5-8 years experience into RCU/RIC/Fraud Prevention/ Risk Management;
• You have Graduate Degree;
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in the English language;
• Exposure to Hunter, Perfuse will be added advantage.
