Your Role


  • Responsible for the Sales and Marketing performance of Kreditech’s Product portfolio in India including products: Lending as a Service (LaaS) - our online POS product to finance e-commerce sales - and Personal Loan - our direct cash loan product;
  • Support in developing local strategies and adhering to Kreditech’s overall vision and strategy;
  • Source, negotiate, implement and drive to success local LaaS partnerships working closely with Kreditech’s central Strategy & Business Development Team and our local PSP partner, PayU;
  • Plan, monitor and execute sales & marketing strategies across the partners (including key account planning) and direct route-to-market (including SEA, SEO, Display, Social media, offline and PR) achieving and exceeding your targets in sales/issuing within assigned budget restrictions;
  • Analyze customer conversion funnels and general partner and marketing performance metrics, enable to consistently optimize and outperform targets and goals;
  • Provide relevant feedback in terms of product/reporting and other areas of the business to support country performance;  
  • Conduct competitive analysis of key segments to define and optimize the market strategy for reaching and engaging customers;
  • Share best practices with peers in our other active markets to build knowledge and continuously develop a stronger position for the company in your local, as well as other markets;
  • Manage a substantial marketing budget across all marketing channels;
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including BI, Product, Engineering, Operations to ensure efficient communication channels are maintained and that performance is consistently improved;
  • Lead a small team of experts to excel in their fields and help them achieve their predefined targets;
  • Report directly to the Country Managing Director.

Your Strengths


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) with top grades from a recognized school;
  • Experience in negotiating and driving partnership deals and performance with relevant partners;
  • 5+ years of professional experience digital marketing with direct experience in Affiliate, SEA, SEO, Display, Social media. Further experience in offline campaigns including TV/Radio is highly preferred;
  • Experience in operation €1+ million annual marketing budgets;
  • Fintech/Consumer finance experience is a strong plus;
  • Have a good understanding of branding and how to achieve consumer loyalty;
  • Very analytical and feel comfortable working with numbers, incl. using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and operating the day to day business. Good MS Excel skills is a must;
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, cross channel & cross device marketing;
  • Strong campaign/project management skills;
  • Ability to self motivate and to drive, execute and deliver against ambitious goals;
  • Outstanding people management skills and experience in leading teams of 3+ employees including motivating and providing meaningful feedback to ensure human capital growth and development;
  • You are a team player who strives to create positive cultures with hard deliverables and humor in the workplace;
  • Fluency in English and a Hindi speaker.
