A day in this job

• Implement global HR practices, processes and policies in Poland;
• Drive and manage HR action plans to improve interpersonal communication and people management skills in Poland;
• Implement the OKR (objectives and Key Results) and performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs;
• Act as employee advocate and trusted advisor to management;
• Coordinate the payroll processes in Poland;
• Deliver end to end recruitment for all vacancies in Poland;
• Manage HR administration including payroll, time management, working contracts, bonus schemes;
• Prepare the Monthly HR Reports for the global HR department and payroll reports for the Controlling department;
• Perform the monthly HR and staff cost reporting  and manage the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual-forecast vs budget);
• Maintain and monitor 100% accuracy of HR systems data;
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly staff cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends.

Desired skills & experience

• Excellent academic graduate with majors in economics or related subjects;
• 3+ years of relevant and preferably international work experience;
• Ability to achieve acceptance and to communicate professionally with stakeholders in different areas and hierarchies;
• A strong team player with the passion to achieve joint targets;
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills;
• Exhibiting initiative and a strong determination to achieve;
• A results-oriented and hands-on approach to completing assigned tasks;
• Strong MS Office skills;
• Excellent language skills in Polish and English.
