Responsibilities:

• Analysis, development, optimization, and automation of the Reporting Collection and collection strategy for overdue debt.
• Analysis of the efficiency of current collection processes
• Participation in projects for the implementation of new processes and solutions to optimize the work of Collection.
• Evaluation and analysis of the credit risks of fraud, as well as the development of measures to minimize them.
• Development and update of the reporting of the level of fraud.

Requirements:

• Higher education (or senior student) technical / mathematics / economics.
• Experience in analytical work from a year in a bank / MFI / Collector Agency (Risks / Anti-Fraud/Collection).
• Knowledge of retail processes and collection of arrears.
• Skills of working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) at the level of an experienced user.
• Confident knowledge of VBA.
• Practical skills in SAS / Oracle / MS SQL Server (as an advantage).
• Intermediate English
