Your Role

• Assist in full cycle recruiting duties;
• Create and distribute job postings;
• Manage our applicant tracking system;
• Source and evaluate candidate qualifications and expertise;
• Coordinate phone/Skype interviews and onsite visits with Recruiters and Hiring Managers;
• Assist in active sourcing and direct search for candidates on social networks and databases;
• Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events and campaigns;
• Working on the continuous improvement of the Kreditech recruitment processes; 
• Manage project with guidance.

Your Strengths

• You've finished your degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources etc. or are currently in progress with it, and you have a strong interest in human resources;
• You learn fast and are friendly, enthusiastic, and well-organized;
• You can communicate and write professionally in German and English- Polish, Spanish or Russian would be a plus;
• Ideally, you possess some experience in human resources or recruiting;
• Strong detail-oriented mind, “Can do” attitude, good memory for people and numbers;
• When there's stress, you handle it well, and work in a way which doesn't create more;
• Outgoing personality, not afraid of meeting new people and intercultural sensitivity;
• Familiarity with professional networks including LinkedIn and XING;
• Ability to present yourself confidently and professionally in person and over Skype/phone;
• You feel comfortable in a startup, with no dress code, rapidly changing deadlines, international team, and fun company events.
