Your Role
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- Logging/processing employee tickets;
- Collaborating with staff or customers, either face-to-face or over the phone and guide them through the system settings as well as identify computer problems and advising on the solution;
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Testing and evaluating new technology;
- Replacing hardware and software solutions as well as acquisition of equipment as required;
- Handling access Management requests.
Your Strengths
- Good knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple operating systems;
- Good command and understanding of the software and operating systems mechanisms and principles;
- Logical reasoning and problem solving skills;
- Ability to prioritise your workload and attention to details;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English is a must
