Your Role
- Work as a junior member of the Legal & Compliance team, providing advice to various stakeholders within the organization on a wide array of commercial legal issues, with an emphasis in Corporate & Commercial law, Consumer Credit law, and Data Protection law;
- Assist Senior Counsels in the review of commercial agreements and management of the internal Contract Management Tool;
- Assist Senior Counsels with knowledge management, carry out legal research and document findings in the internal knowledge wiki;
- Support on investment processes, including due diligence and document preparation and maintain the organization’s Virtual Data-Room;
- Take full ownership of certain compliance monitoring routines in coordination with Senior Compliance Managers;
Your Strengths
- You are at the latest stage or have completed a law degree at a reputed Law School (Bar membership/ authorization to practice law are not strictly required for this particular position);
- Strong academic background;
- Good understanding of the Fintech space and the credit business;
- Strong literacy and familiarity with technology, ideally with a demonstrated affinity for IT Law;
- Professional fluency and very strong communication skills in English required (German will be a plus);
- Professional fluency and strong communication skills in at least one of the following languages strongly preferred: Polish or Russian;
- Previous work/internship experience in a related field is a strong plus;
- Ability and desire to work in a high-intensity and fast-moving environment.
