Description:
  • Manages the business correspondence (telephone, electronic, written);
  • Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration);
  • Acting as an administrative support to all departments;
  • Responsible to keep the document archive up to date;
  • Provide supporting documentation and information on internal process that is required for accounting and financial processes;
  • Provides support whenever necessary for Managing Director
  • Files documents alphabetically, numerically, or by other prescribed methods.
  • Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of routine correspondence, reports, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, agreements, flyers, brochures, invitations, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility; keys information into applicable spreadsheets and/or databases.
  • Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials.
  • Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Attend and prepare the minutes of the meetings for top and middle management;
  • Organise appointments for top managers;
Desired skills and experience:
  • University degree;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good English knowledge; Spanish or Russian would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Must be able to work effectively in a multi-task environment;
