Your Role
- You will act as the Lead Operations for Kreditech India, as a liaison among key departments across the company to support in daily operations and operational compliance and reporting;
- You will be working closely with engineering team, product managers and team leaders from risk, customer service and key partner of Kreditech - PayU;
- You will work on:
- Lead cycle and platforms maintenance for products in India with cooperation with PayU (POS product);
- Bug reporting and follow-up on problem resolution;
- Customer Care Activities: Daily activities with Service Center Team leader to monitor KPI’s, provide training, innovations and improvements;
- Project Management: Provide constant support to internal areas to generate improvements and enhancements and find new and better solutions for local entity;
- Product Quality Assurance and validation of current and new features (POS product);
- Support to engineering and Business Intelligence departments on software and hardware integrations as well as reporting information to Credit Bureaus;
- Technical support, presentations /KPI’s /development of new solutions;
- Support to Country Manager.
Your Strengths
- You have a degree (BA or MSc) in Business, Banking, Finance or Economics from a good university;
- You are a hands-on professional with eagerness to do and learn as much as you can;
- You have a good mind for online business(FinTech as a plus) and love to keep operations running smoothly;
- You have some experience in a similar role in online business or banking industry at least for 3 years;
- Teamwork and high communication and negotiation skills;
- Ideally, you have some programming experience and can easily work with HTML;
- You understand project management;
- You are responsible, motivated, and want to be part of a growing team in Mumbai City;
- You speak fluent English and Hindi.
