  • Within this Role you will act as a main Operator in the fields of Cash Flow Operations, including but not limited to monitoring customer cash transfers via  BANK/SEPA Payments, Payment Providers, Direct Debits and Credit Cards;
  • Act as the liaison between Operations and Finance teams; Responsibility for customer cash flow (in- and outflow) related issues, including payment processing, chargeback reviews, identifying/fighting potential fraud cases and collaborate with Banks & Payment Service Providers.
  • Ensure end-to-end flow of money through Kreditech and perform the appropriate tasks and checks for each stage. This entails the end-to-end flow of all Kreditech’s products, countries and systems.
  • Be the first point of contact for inquiries from internal stakeholders (i.e. Service Center, Collection, Commercial and Legal) regarding payments operations.
  • Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner, accurately within daily cut off times and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the  Accounting and Treasury departments on processes such as account payables and cash control.
  • Identify, report and fix unexpected behavior of loans and payments processes, such as failure to book payment and finding short/long term solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering team during planning, development and testing of new products or systems  
  • Actively seek ways of improving process efficiency, implementing best practices and identifying cost saving initiatives.
  • Contribute to company projects as required.
Desired skills and experience
  • University degree in finance or treasury or an apprenticeship combined with a certification (i.e. ACCA, Certified Treasurer, Certified Management Accountant etc.)
  • 1+ years work experience in Finance or a similar field
  • Solid understanding of Payment Product (Banks, PSP, Credit Card)
  • Think outside the box, quick uptake, team work
  • Fluent in English and Polish or Spanish. Knowledge of German is a plus.

*Please note that this position consists of a shift work, 8 hours/day between 7 am and 9 pm from Monday to Friday.
