Your Role


  • Scope, plan and supervise the execution of collection-related IT- and non-IT projects, in close cooperation with stakeholders in both the headquarter and the subsidiaries;
  • Prepare project submissions, business requirements, and technical specifications for both internal development and third-party solutions;
  • Identify needs. Gather requirements for, and define the scope of new features to be developed in order to meet said needs as well as monitor resource availability and allocation;
  • Engage and coordinate between Product & Engineering management to guide new features from their inception, through technical specification, throughout development, into deployment, and ultimately long term management and maintenance;
  • Steer collection-related project portfolio in line with Kreditech’s strategic roadmap;
  • Own, maintain, and advocate improvements for the reporting processes and tools that track the performance and efficacy of Kreditech’s digital collections platform;
  • Work closely with the executive team and report directly to the CPIO;
  • Represent and contribute to our Company’s Values of Data-driven, Ownership, Efficiency, Innovation, Integrity and foremost: One Team.

Your Strength


  • Master, Diploma or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Management;
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in leading large projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in the IT- / technology-context;
  • Experience in leading large IT projects with multiple stakeholders or project portfolio management across a larger organisation, creating project plans and decision support material for management;
  • Combination of traditional and modern development practices as well as good understanding of status reporting and project budgetary progress tracking;
  • Experienced working in distributed environments and remote teams;
  • Leadership, Hands-on attitude, delivery oriented and results driven, with a pragmatic implementation focus;
  • Follow recent trends in digital transformation of financial services;
  • Fluent in English.
