The client application team at Kreditech is one of the most pivotal teams in relation to delivering on our core business strategy. The team is on a mission to build world-class native mobile apps for millions of our customers across 4 markets that will help customers track their online purchases, keep on top of payment due dates and get new loans. The client app is critical to help us build a strong connection with our customers and grow the business. We are therefore seeking a customer focused product owner to orchestrate the engineering work by diving deep into the needs of our customers, cross-functional stakeholders, and partners - bring it all together, prioritize and execute one sprint at a time.
Your Role
- Responsible for overall user experience of the client app with two key deliverables a) customer satisfaction (NPS) b) drive upsell of products;
- Organise and lead user research into understanding customer behavior across the product lifecycle i.e. from start of loan application to end of loan term;
- Define customer segments/personas, product-specific use cases, and business objectives to help UX team design optimal UX;
- Put in place product analytics and KPIs to continuously measure customer satisfaction and business objectives;
- Manage client app backlog for all markets and work closely with lending product and country teams to delivery country-specific business objectives;
- Together with the country team, jointly responsible for NPS of the product in a market.
Your Strengths
- 4+ years experience as a product manager for a consumer product or SaaS product team;
- 2+ years experience as a product manager for an app based product;
- Some experience in running user research projects;
- Certified scrum product owner certification (preferred);
- Any experience in following the markets would be ideal: India, Russia, Poland or Spain.
