Senior Associate in Collection Department (m/f) | Moscow

• Negotiate sales of non-performing portfolios with external partners;
• Forming a portfolio for potential NPL sales;
• Organization of the effective workflows of Debt Collection Agencies and NPL sales direction;
• Carry out data analysis to facilitate continuous improvements;
• Participation in the projects implementation to optimize processes at collection;
• Control of compliance of Debt Collection Agencies activities to law and the Company’s policy;
• Daily portfolio allocation to Debt Collection Agencies, payments follow up, revoke of a portfolio
• CA efficiency follow up and quality control; Support all processes in part of interaction with partners (contracts signing, invoices processing) of the Collection Department;
• Business negotiations with external partners, participation in meetings;
• Preparation and formation of reports, presentations on work with partners;
• Interaction with other departments in English, including HQ and other countries

           Desired skills & experience

• Higher education;
• Experience in debt collection for over two years;
• Experience in a similar position for over a year;
• English is Upper-intermediate and higher level;
• Experience and understanding of work processes with of all stages of debt collection;
•  Excel - advanced level (analysis of large data arrays);
• High analytical skills;
•  Experience in making presentations
•  Business negotiation skills;
•  Experience in interaction with partners;
•  Experience in project work;
•  An ability to persuade and find a common language with people
•  Teamwork skills.
