Senior Expert Site Reliability Engineer(m/f)| Hamburg

A day in this job

• You will Deploy highly available, scale-able and secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS (GCP is a plus) using industry best practices.
• Define and implement infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to migrate workloads into AWS.
• Design and develop automation to support continuous delivery and continuous integration process.
• Work closely with the Development and Operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support an automated deployment of infrastructure.

Desired skills and experience :

• Cloud infrastructure experience on AWS, Azure, but GCP preferred
• 5 to 7 years of overall experience in a similar environment
• IAM – users/groups/service accounts and their differences
• Networking and VPCs, concepts of public vs. private IPs
• Security, ACLs, firewalls
• Automation; VM setup/teardown, scripting, platform tools (AWS Cloudformation/Azure Resource Manager/GCP Deployment Manager), exposure to 3rd party tool like Terraform or Cloud Foundry useful
• Logging and monitoring of cloud deployments
• Container experience preferred, kubernetes ideal

Nice to have:

• Be a trusted technical advisor to SRE and Development teams and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking challenges.
• Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders
