Your Role
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Maintain an ongoing pipeline of Technology candidates utilizing effective sourcing approaches, networking, referrals and eRecruiting methods
- Develop, communicate and execute creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for hard to fill, critical and repeat Technology roles
- Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining.
- Apply the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with network, agencies and candidates
- Responsible for leading select talent acquisition projects and new initiatives
- Responsible for delivering, tracking and reporting recruiting performance metrics
- Provide thought leadership from a strategic talent acquisition perspective to support the talent acquisition organization
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Kreditech’s business in order to be an effective brand ambassador of Kreditech
Your Strengths
- 5 to seven years of IT recruiting experience
- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions across a wide range of Technology functions
- Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Effective Internet sourcing skills, including Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of Greenhouse or other ATS
- Experience with recruitment dashboards and analytics is a strong plus
- Professional English ; German, Polish, Russian or Spanish would be an advantage
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong business acumen and an ability to prioritize deliverables
- Strong commitment to candidate service (e.g. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and hiring managers)
- High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
