As a part of our SRE team, you will be responsible to make sure our mission critical applications and systems are reliable and ready for Internet scale.
Your Role
- Automate services, with infrastructure-as-code through the full product life cycle;
- Work with other departments, such as Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Cyber Security to manage deployment;
- Be responsible for troubleshooting issues and analysing incidents in our servers together with the application teams;
- Empower application and QA teams to work with CI/CD;
- Design and implement solutions to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, monitored, and maintainable.
Your Strenghts
- Expertise with Linux-based systems;
- Experience with at least 2 scripting languages;
- Experience in troubleshooting complex problems spanning from frontend to backend;
- Experience with highly distributed environments spanning hybrid clouds;
- Strong knowledge of HTTP and web systems;
- Experience with virtualization and container-based systems;
- Knowledge in open source SQL and NoSQL solutions;
- Knowledge in one of these languages would be a big plus: Python, Java.
