Team Lead Accounting (m/f) | Hamburg

Description

• Manage the general ledger accounting (payroll, vendors, customers, invoicing, banks) for four non-german entities of varying size within the Kreditech Group
• Organize, manage and prepare the monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP
• Be a sparring partner for all accounting and reporting topics for the entire Organisation
• Prepare monthly reports (eg. Cash-Flows and cost reports)
• Improve accounting related procedures and support finance related projects
• Functionally manage and continuously train the Accounting team.

• University degree in Finance / Accounting or an apprenticeship with merit and equivalent relevant work experience
• 3+  years work experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing, preferably with first leadership experience
• You have a solid knowledge of Accounting (IFRS) and good DATEV as well as Excel skills
• You have experience in tax management in Germany
• You have good written and oral communication skills in English and in German, other languages are a plus
• You work independently
• You work detail- and results-oriented
• You are used to work under time pressure and are ambitious
• You have this certain entrepreneurial thinking in your heart
