  • Manage the process and all related activities within the allocated collection team regarding cases worked by external collection agencies;
  • Prepare, control and overview the externalized Collection Process;
  • Prepare, control and overview Field Collection Process;
  • Check and upload External Companies invoices;
  • Control and overview the budget for the externalized process;
  • Monitor team activity and prepare daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports;
  • Signal any deviation from procedures, processes, and flows to the Head of Collection;
  • Make sure dept. KPI’s, strategies and tactics, processes and procedures, are properly communicated, understood and embraced by the subordinates teams;
  • Ensure daily work allocation for team members and daily activity follow-up;
  • Prepare monthly quality check subordinates;
  • Conduct random checks on following, but nor resume to:
    • Contacting the customer;
    • Working with collection tools and software;
    • Respecting the procedures, rules, and regulations;
    • Schedule adherence;
    • Maintain confidentiality;
    • Dealing with hyper, disputed, and international defaulters;
    • Preparing the monthly report card of all agencies and have the same signed and stamped by owner/authorized signatory;
    • Ensuring weekly audit and reconciliation of receipt book;
    • Ensuring money deposition in the company's bank account within the timelines shared.
  • Motivates and energizes direct reports by identifying motivational needs of each direct report;
  • Manage the subordinates schedule;
  • Ensure that all local, internal and global rules and regulations are strictly adhered to;
  • Participate in recruiting new FTE and supervises coaching, training, and feedback;
  • Monthly/weekly evaluation of direct report results in order to ensure successful monthly/annual appraisals;
  • Act as a second escalation layer for customers;
  • Ensure collection efficiency and investigate ways to maintain and increase the contact rate;
  • Publishing the Daily Report/ MIS on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Other tasks requested by the line manager.
Desired skills and experience
  • Must have 5-8 years of Collection/Recovery experience;
  • Exposed with Third Party functionality and working;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Priorities assessments skills;
  • Patience, determination and professional courtesy;
  • People management skills;
  • Friendly and team-player.
