What we are seekingWe're looking for a candidate to join our innovation consulting arm with previous experience within a Management Consulting company.
The candidate will become part of our team based in Milan.
Experience:
• previous professional experience in Management Consulting (preferably 2 years)
• outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• experience in strategy, business models (re)design and organizational design with focus on CRM/Digital and finance industries
• experience in project/program management within the target industries
• great initiative and creativity and work well both on your own and as part of a team confident, enthusiastic, and mobile
Key Skills:
• Ability to manage urgency in an efficient way
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attitude in problem solving, flexible and able to work also in a non-structured environment
• Strong team working skills are essential
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Highly self-motivated, proactive
• Experience in Design Thinking and blue ocean strategy will be considered as a plus
Location: Milan, mainly, but willing to travel or in other working locations
Education: Degree in Engineer or Business Management with excellent results
Languages: English proficiency is a must
