CRM Manager (m/f)

Description

• As part of the CRM team, you will ensure all touch points are covered in order to maximize the retention of our 7+ million customers
• Creation, execution, and optimization of mobile campaigns focusing on the engagement and reactivation of our app users through push notifications and homepage planning
• Manage email campaigns, from calendar planning to ensuring flawless and timely execution, working in close collaboration with merchandise, content and design teams
• In collaboration with the analytics team, you will analyse AB test results and build performance-based reports on both newsletter and on-site performance as well as project-based activities
• Using data, you will build comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly reporting on all relevant CRM KPIs, identifying user behavioural trends and defining key action steps

• Develop segmentation and localised targeting strategies as well as automation chains based on consumer behaviour and triggers

• Degree in business or a related field
• 1+ year of professional experience in CRM marketing in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and good time management skills
• You’re forward-thinking, diligent and a team player
• Outstanding analytical and strategic mindset with a good understanding of common online marketing and MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Experience with email service and app push providers
• Fluent in English
